As well, participants are not permitted to follow tour vans in their own vehicles.

As the tour provider, we feel obligated to make every reasonable effort to assure that the tour experience is enjoyable for everyone. The tour is not recommended for children under 3 years of age. Kentucky's Child Restraint Law requires that every child less than 40 inches in height be restrained in a federally approved child safety seat any time the van is in motion.
